Terms of Service
These terms exist to protect both you and the tiny panda behind every WAH. Please read everything carefully before applying for a commission.
Commissioning a fursuit is a big adventure. These terms explain how the process works, what is expected from you as a client, and what you can expect from Wahsuits. By commissioning Wahsuits, you agree to the following terms.
Quick Important Rules
18+ Only
Clients must be 18 years or older to commission Wahsuits.
Queue Deposit
A 30% deposit is required to secure your slot in the queue, after the selection process.
No Guaranteed Deadlines
Every WAH is handmade and production times may shift. Fixed deadlines are not guaranteed. Priority delivery may require an additional 30–50% fee.
Queue Estimates
Start dates are approximate and may change depending on workload, health, material availability or production needs.
Right to Decline
Wahsuits may decline any commission, request or application without explanation.
No Harassment
Harassment, aggression, pressure or disrespectful behavior will result in immediate termination of the project.
References Required
Clear and accurate references must be provided before production starts.
Artist Rights
Wahsuits may use completed works, progress photos and final photos for portfolio, social media and promotional purposes.
The WAH Journey
Every WAH follows a handcrafted journey from application to final arrival.
Application
You submit your commission form and project idea.
Selection
Applications are reviewed and selected manually.
Deposit
The queue slot is secured through the deposit payment, after being chosen in the selection process.
Production
Your WAH is handcrafted with progress updates along the way.
Final Payment
The remaining balance must be completed before shipping.
WAH Arrival
Your WAH safely travels to its new home.
Quotes & Payment
One Active Quote
Only one active commission quote per client is allowed during the quote phase.
Deposit
A 30% deposit is required to enter the production queue. This confirms your slot and allows planning and preparation to begin.
Before Production
A minimum payment of 30% of the total commission price is required before production starts.
Late Payments
Late payments after completion may increase monthly by +5%, +10% and +15%.
Unpaid Commissions
If a commission remains unpaid after an extended delay, Wahsuits may retain the item.
Refund Policy
Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable unless Wahsuits cancels the project.
Change of Mind
Refunds are not available for changes of mind after the deposit has been paid.
Production Delays
Deadlines and start dates may shift due to production conditions, workload, health, emergencies or material delays.
Progress, Changes & Communication
Progress Updates
Clients are expected to review progress updates and give feedback during production.
Requested Changes
Changes should be requested during the relevant production stage. Late changes may not be possible or may require an additional fee.
Communication
Clear, respectful and timely communication is required. Ghosting or repeated delays may affect the commission timeline.
Warranty & Repairs
6 Month Warranty
Wahsuits includes a 6-month repair warranty for non-negligent damage.
Improper Care
Damage caused by misuse, washing mistakes, improper storage, accidents or modifications is not covered.
No Third-Party Mods
Third-party modifications are not allowed and will void the warranty.
Repair Shipping
Shipping costs for repairs may be the client’s responsibility depending on the situation.
Shipping & WAH Arrival
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are not included in the commission price unless specifically stated.
Import Fees
Customs taxes, duties and import fees are the client’s responsibility.
Carrier Issues
Wahsuits is not responsible for carrier delays, loss or damage after the package has been shipped.
Delivery Confirmation
Clients must confirm receipt upon delivery.
Character & Artwork Rights
Your Character
The client is responsible for owning or having permission to use the character design provided.
Wahsuits Portfolio
Wahsuits may post photos, videos, WIPs and finished work for portfolio and promotional use.
Design Accuracy
Wahsuits is not responsible for inaccuracies caused by unclear, incomplete or inconsistent references.
Client Conduct
Respect First
Harassment, threats, public pressure, insults or aggressive behavior are not tolerated.
Project Termination
If conduct becomes unsafe or disrespectful, Wahsuits may terminate the project.
Human-Made Work
Every WAH is handmade by one person. Patience and clear communication help the process stay healthy.
Final Agreement
By commissioning Wahsuits, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to all terms listed above.
